NHS applications will be accepted during the month of December. Please bring your completed application to the counseling office. Click on the link below to print and begin your application.

The NHS induction ceremony will take place in either January or February.

Applications will be available in the MHS Counseling Office in December and a Remind message will be sent out when the application period opens and closes each year.
